Your order will be processed for delivery after you confirm it through WhatsApp.

We may contact you to clarify incomplete information or inform you if an ordered product is unavailable.

5. Delivery Areas and Delivery Time

Asel Bazar currently provides delivery throughout Kabul city, Afghanistan.

We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days after WhatsApp order confirmation.

Our working days are Saturday through Thursday. Fridays and public holidays, including Eid, are not counted as working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, weather conditions, accessibility, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and arrange delivery as soon as possible.

6. Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is 100 AFN per order, regardless of the number of products purchased.

The delivery charge must be paid before you inspect your products upon delivery.

The delivery charge is non-refundable and remains payable even if you decide to reject all or part of your order during inspection.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable delivery charge.

7. Cash on Delivery and Product Inspection

Asel Bazar offers cash on delivery.

When your order arrives, you may inspect your products before deciding whether to accept and pay for them.

Please check the products' size, color, appearance, condition, and other relevant details while our delivery representative is present.

If you are satisfied with the products, you may accept them and complete your payment.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the unwanted products to our delivery representative during the delivery visit without paying for those products.

The delivery charge remains payable regardless of whether you accept or reject the products.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Customers have the opportunity to inspect their products during delivery before accepting them.

Once a customer has inspected, accepted, and paid for a product, the sale is considered final under Asel Bazar's standard store policy.

We do not offer post-delivery returns, refunds, or exchanges under our standard store policy after products have been accepted.
