1. Delivery Areas

Asel Bazar currently delivers throughout Kabul city, Afghanistan.

If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp before placing your order.

2. Order Confirmation

After completing checkout, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our team to confirm your order.

Please review your selected products, sizes, quantities, contact information, and delivery address carefully before confirming.

Your order will be processed for delivery after you confirm it through WhatsApp.

Providing accurate contact and delivery information helps us avoid unnecessary delays.

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days after WhatsApp order confirmation.

Our working days are Saturday through Thursday. Fridays and public holidays, including Eid, are not counted as working days.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances such as high order volumes, adverse weather, or other unexpected disruptions.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you to provide an update.

4. Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is 100 AFN per order, regardless of the number of products purchased.

The delivery charge must be paid before you inspect your products upon delivery.

The delivery charge is non-refundable, even if you decide not to accept the products after inspection.

5. Delivery Arrangements

Our delivery representative will contact you to arrange delivery to your specified location.

Please ensure that your contact number is accessible and that someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the agreed delivery time.

If you need to change your delivery arrangements, please contact us through WhatsApp as early as possible.

6. Payment and Product Inspection

Asel Bazar offers cash on delivery, allowing you to inspect your products before paying for them.

When your order arrives:

1. Pay the delivery charge of 100 AFN.
2. Inspect your products to check their size, color, appearance, and condition.
3. Accept and pay for the products you are satisfied with.
4. Return any products you do not wish to accept to our delivery representative during the delivery visit.

You will not be charged for products you reject during inspection. However, the delivery charge remains non-refundable.

Once you have accepted and paid for a product, our standard return and refund conditions apply.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at least one day before its scheduled delivery date.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team through WhatsApp and provide your order details.

If you need to cancel or change an order closer to its scheduled delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible.
