Product Size Chart: Women's Sweaters & Cardigans

For women's sweaters and cardigans, use your bust measurement as the primary reference. Waist, shoulder width, and sleeve length can help refine the fit, especially for fitted knitwear.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape tightly.

Shoulders: Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.

Choosing the Right Size

Slim / Fitted — sits closer through the bust, waist, and arms.

Regular Fit — provides a balanced fit with comfortable room.

Relaxed Fit — cut with additional room through the body and sleeves.

Oversized Fit — intentionally designed larger than a regular fit, so sizing up is generally unnecessary.

If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for layering or a looser fit, or the smaller size for a closer fit.

Sweaters vs. Cardigans

Sweaters / Pullovers — bust and shoulder measurements are usually most important.

Cardigans — consider whether you plan to wear them open, buttoned, or layered over other clothing, as this can affect the preferred fit.

Knit & Fabric Considerations

Stretch Knit — may accommodate a wider range of body measurements.

Heavy / Chunky Knit — may naturally have a roomier fit.

Wool or Cotton Knitwear — may shrink if washed or dried incorrectly; always follow the garment's care instructions.

Please Note

Women's sweater and cardigan sizing is not completely standardized between brands. Knit construction, fabric stretch, garment thickness, and intended fit can all affect sizing.

Use bust as the primary reference, with waist, shoulders, and sleeve length as additional fit checks. Brand-specific or product-specific sizing information should take priority when available.
